Mid season € 4.500 April, May, June, September, Oktober, Easter, Christmas
Low season € 3.500 January, February, March, November, December

Rates are per week.
Rentals go from Saturday to Saturday
Check-out 10am – check in 4pm
Down payment is 30% of the rental sum. Booking is confirmed when the down payment has been received.
Balance is due 6 weeks before arrival
Security deposit: 1000 Euro
